Indians 'leaning toward' starting Salazar on Wednesday

The Indians are still listing Wednesday's starter at Colorado as "to be determined," but manager Terry Francona said he is leaning toward going with right-hander Danny Salazar.

"I think we are leaning toward that second game [against the Rockies]," Francona said. "And then, we give J.T. [Josh Tomlin] a couple extra days of rest."

Francona plans to meet with his coaching staff again before making the anticipated Salazar start official.
